Every meal we had was absolutely delicious and the portion sizes are very generous. I had the chicken parmigiana with eggplant. Two nice serves of schnitzel and the mashed potato was to die for. Highly recommend, partner loved his puttanesca. My only complaint is that it was very noisy, but it was a busy night so very understandable. Very good for large groups.

Dined here on a very busy Saturday night, however service was still friendly and timely. Portion sizes were generous and very tasty. Highly recommend the seafood risotto and tiramisu. Our toddler thoroughly enjoyed her kids pasta and gelato.

Spent the evening at a work event, walked out stuffed like a turkey. Great flavours with a great variety of foods and was very satisfied with all dishes presented. I found the seating a little tight and the facilities were not very clean. The service was great and vert plesent, on the ball fully commited to great service. I would love to eat here again and hope i can, great place, great service, a overall great resturant.

I like this restaurant because it is consistently good. The menu is consistent. I have several favourites here that I’ve enjoyed for years, but hey also have terrific specials. Their service is top-notch, and they have a good wine selection. The decor could do with a little updating. The banquette seating directly inside the front door could do with reupholstering, as could some of the other seats and decor in the restaurant, but – that aside – this is a genuinely good Canberra restaurant.

Had a fantastic dinner, the Risotto Marinella was great, so too was the Gnocchi Sorrento and Salsicce pizza. The kids meals were a generous serving size. We also enjoyed some very tasty cocktails and desserts. Staff were really friendly, and the food came out quickly and all at the same time (table of 10). Will definitely be going back, highly recommend. Thanks La Rustica

There’s no beach in Canberra, but there is Kingston foreshore. You could use your imagination to turn the artificial concrete island with a bunch of apartment blocks into Calabrian cliffs overlooking an azure coastline, but you’d need to squint hard.

Food was good, servings were a good size, plenty of choices. The olives on pizza still had the pits in it, which was a bit odd (I think haha). The staff were friendly. Great location. Plenty of parking nearby. Only thing is they don’t do split bills, but apart from that I enjoyed it.
