Exceptional food and amazing customer service. You will be greeted with all smiles as soon as you walk in. The staff will make sure that you are comfortable and happy with the food and service. I had a 3 course meal set and the portion sizes were perfect for each meal. Some could find it a bit pricey but it’s totally worth it when you taste their food. Make sure you book ahead and be on time if you don’t want to lose your reservation cause they have a time limit for each booking. Council parking is available just a minute away making it very convenient.

I’m a big fan of foie gras and this place did a great job of searing it with just enough heat so as to activate the flavours. The marrow with escargot was truly unique and delicious, although it is quite rich so if you’re not into marrows normally, the marrow in this dish is extra creamy, oily and flavoursome. The steak was good. The roasted cauliflower was absolutely delicious! To top things off we had the pear tart and that was a perfect finish to the night. With 2 entrees, shared main, side and shared dessert, it was a perfect combo to satisfy our hunger without being too full.

My wife and I celebrated our third year anniversary here, we absolutely loved it. The service was amazing, the staff are super friendly and warm. However, the food was the star of the show. I was blown away by how good it was. Hands down, the best lobster I have ever tasted (and I’ve tasted a fair few)! Every single dish was a work of art and you can tell there was a sense of pride with every dish plated up. My one regret is that I didn’t ask to see the chef so that I could shake their hand. Well done. I cannot wait to tell everyone about this place. Definitely coming back.

In the heart of Le Baulko, you’ll find this expensive but excellent french restaurant. The rib eye and duck for mains are highly recommended, along with the cheesecake and opera cake for dessert. The french shiraz was a softer style compared to the big and bold offerings from Aust, but well worth a try.

The food is amazing, brilliant desserts. The only complaint I have is that I was charged $25 for a lightly filled glass of French wine that costs $29.99 a bottle for the (2017 M.Chapoutier Domaine de Bila-Haut L’Esquerda). So a bit disappointing to assume your guests don’t know their wines. tsk, tsk tsk.

Absolutely delicious food. The front-of-house manager was so welcoming and helpful from the get-go. She knew it was our first time and so she explained the dining menu. Service was great. But the food was the standout! We had the French Experience 3 course meal. The steak was soft and tender. Duck was beautiful – and probably the best duck I’ve ever eaten. Thank you LB for giving such a great experience.

What an amazing find. When we were here for the first time they had a blackout , the restaurant was candle lit and so was the kitchen. They all soldiered on and produced great food! Excellent service as well . We will be back. My pictures don’t do the food justice. It was taken in the dark with a bright blue safety light on creating weird shadows.
