Have mostly always had good service from this store, rarely items are missing but when it happens you just give them a call and it’s all sorted. Chicken tastes a little strange recently tho as if they’ve changed something. Every piece has some strange taste that it never used to and kinda turns me off it. Burgers are good, twists are good, chips are hit and miss as usual. Order from the app if you want to make sure you get mostly what you want and better prices at times.

First of all.. my order was wrong. Had to go back in saying things were missing. Don’t get me wrong they were happy to fix it but it took forever to be served then forever to get my order because the staff had no idea what to do. The manager should retrain the staff because the staff were also throwing food. The tables were dirty. But don’t get me started on the food.. it was dry, no salt the chips were only half full. I ordered 10 nuggets only got 6. When I got home I noticed more food was missing! I’m sorry but this was just terrible..

This isn’t a review from a single visit but my opinion over the last 24 months. This is the worst kfc in the Hawkesbury or is the brand going downhill? The only time I’ve enjoyed meals here is when you buy at 10am or when the drive thru is packed food has to be fresh right? ♂️ this is not the case, like many other kfc lovers I go to this place for the salty chips but how hard is it to cook fries. The last straw was the 6 original pieces of chicken I got earlier in the month. It was so dry, unbearable I called to tell them my thoughts. like the multiple times I’ve contacted them you get a store credit and they write your name down and it’s valid for 3 odd weeks but I will not be returning to this place anytime soon kfc. I welcome anyone from this brand to contact me for feedback

I am very disappointed with McGraths hill KFC the food was almost inedible they left out the extra sauce I ordered. it was not worth the $60. store was one of the best around and now sadly it’s the worst. I won’t be back.

OMG if I could rate minus 100 stars I would, of course something was missing from the order, chicken looked like it came from a quail it was so small, dry as a desert, stringy, just disgusting, even my dogs wouldn’t eat it!!! my son’s burger looked like someone had sat on it, just disgusting
