I bought the largest size chips for around $4.30 and the box is so thin now it’s almost comical! How is this a large when it used to be a box/container for the same price? Major shrinkflation. Don’t mind paying $3.75 for a can of coke, but the chips are probably marked up over 500% and it’s ridiculous.

The irony of waiting 1.5 hours for “fast food” is not lost on me. Had to wait so long I watched uber delivery drivers pick up and come back to do another pick up…all while I was still waiting patiently. I sent in feedback when I finally got my order and got a response within 3 minutes!!! Didn’t even get home yet. What a joke

Had to throw the chicken pieces away as they were dry and appeared to be in a warmer for days on top of having to wait for some time for this uneditable chicken. One customer walked out as she had not been served after waiting for some time.

If 0 stars were possible it would be. Terrible service. While waiting for our food a young man in the kitchen was screaming at the top of his lungs, swearing and flicking the lights on and off. I have never seen anything like it. There was another young man behind in the kitchen talking to the girls, not even in a uniform. Food was horrendously bad. My partners chicken was raw. Restaurant was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Other patrons chose to sit outside in the rain and eat as the state of the dining area was so bad. Worse thing I have ever seen out of a fast food chain. Won’t be back.

“I recently had the pleasure of being served by Immy at the local 5 star KFC. I was immediately impressed by her friendly and welcoming demeanor. She took the time to get to know my order and make sure I was getting what I wanted. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to make recommendations that I would have never thought of. Who knew there were so many different ways that you can make chicken.

Me and my gf got 2 original tenders boxes via uber eats and the tenders were cut up slices of chicken not the original tenders, and I ordered my box with a bread roll instead of the potato and gravy and still received potato and gravy no bread roll, also no aioli sauces or utensils provided as ordered. Worst kfc experience I’ve ever had.
