Pretty much every time I order something from here, they forget to include part of my order. Last time it was both chips and wicked wings! Tried calling them and they never answer the phone… Seriously consider driving across town to a different KFC just to avoid this KFC, unless you feel like ‘donating’ part of your order value to Head Office.

Very disappointing. Service was ok but not welcoming, no smiles from the staff, who really looked liked they didn’t want to be there. The food matched their demeanour, not good. I know takeaway food is never as good as advertised, but this was awful. My wife and I couldn’t eat the chips that were like they were dipped in salt. The chicken tenderloins were more like crumbed beef jerkey, and after watching a staff member put the last crumbs of popcorn chicken in our boxes, found that most of them were just hard lumps. The nuggets were the only thing worth eating. All in all a waste of $35.

So ordered from doordash and it appears staff CANNOT OR WILL NOT read the order correctly. Paying extra for fillets when ordering chicken and not receiving it is just NOT on. Paying for sauces and not receiving them is NOT ON and having to pay double delivery fees is NOT OK either.

I got a ultimate pack and the piece of chicken was that small I think chicken was from a baby you would think you would get a decent piece for the price you pay. They need to teach their staff to make sure they put straws and serviettes in with what you order. Also the air-conditioning wasn’t working in dining room

It’s not every day you can say this… but hats off to the team whom were on tonight specially. I don’t eat white meat, so my order always throws them outta the loop (7/10 they usually stuff it up) but tonight not only was my order perfect, but every aspect of the meal was fresh and actually a pleasure to eat.
