Overpriced and overall bad service. The menu is really hard to understand and the price for the food is not clear (chips and grilled fish cost extra). We waited for 25min for 2 grilled fish and chips with no people before us. It seemed that they had to defrost the fish and also they didn’t really care on providing a good service.

Everything else was booked out so we found this place just expecting it to be a normal fish and chip shop but the food was exceptional great burger and amazing curry! Go figure good work boys!

The food here is exceptional!! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. The food is absolutely amazing. The service is unmatched. chef is so friendly with the customers and always takes care to offer the best quality! would love to be back soon.

Last nite had couple of flakes with chips and 4 piece prawns….waited 21mins but wow it was worth it..everything was sooo crunchy and tasty …today just went back for the same order waited 17mins and it was perfect like last nite. Recomended

So disappointing. There was no one there I was the only customer he said it would take 10mins, 25 mins later was still waiting. The grilled snapper I ordered was the driest most unappealing piece of fish I ever got from a fish n chip restaurant so over cooked. Though the chips were awesome still didn’t make up for the length of those to prepare and the horrible fish.

Food has not arrived. It was ordered 1 hour and 18 mins ago. 44 mins ago they texted to say it was on its way. I called 22 mins ago and was told it was 5 mins away. I just called again and they said they had just started my order it would be cooked in 3 mins then be here in 10 to 15 then hung up on me. Drive then messaged saying they were here while we were in the lobby and they had still not arrived. We have spoken to menu log to get a refund but menu log was hung up on and they wouldn’t answer their phone. So now it has to go further. Horrible experience would never order again. I have pictures and everything confirming time frames and texts. Honestly feels like a scam.

Seafood was far from fresh. Everything tasted as though it was refried and old. Very oily and not very nice at all. Would not return.
