Really REALLY like lunch at Jaws Hay Street. The staff are quick and polite, when you are seated in front of that food conveyor belt it’s is an endless fresh supply of tempting small plates of sashimi, ngagiri, rolled sushi, dumplings, edamame, even small sweet offerings. Been there twice in the last week. It’s extremely good value and you can mix and match exactly what you want to. I will be having lunch there again before I leave perth to head back to work up-state, and I will be heading back there again after my next work rotation. Love it ♡♡♡

Always our favorite sushi train in Perth (possibly even Australia). The quality of salmon and scallops in particular are fantastic and we always order multiple aburi salmon and scallop plates. Love the carpaccio dishes too and the salt and pepper squid when it comes out fresh.

Jaws Sushi on Hay Street has been a favourite place of mine for many years.I came today and is the first time in a long time and nothing has changed, the food is fresh and delicious and the service is friendly and welcoming; everything I expected. That’s why I’m giving Jaws on Haystreet five stars. They have not been disappointed yet!The restaurant itself is small. There’s no room for prams but they do have high chairs. There are no bookings, first in best dressed. You can choose what you want from the sushi train or you can order something special from the menu. Prices are decent and vary. It can be busy at times, be prepared to wait.If you’re in the city and looking for something delicious and casual, I’d recommend this place.

I’m giving 5 stars!… l was there today for another good meal!… but not as great as it has been!This is my favourite Sushi in Perth no doubt… but honestly…there are subtle changes happening that hopefully you can revert to how you prepared food before Covid. Great vegetarian options, excellent service. James was every friendly and helpful making the sushi. Always packed so it’s a great sushi train option if your in the city. The best sushi in the city, good prices too. Thank you Jaws Sushi

I visited this place twice and I thought the place was pretty good BUT on my second and my last visit I got food poisoning. Few hours after lunch I felt nauseated and fatigued . That night I went to the kitchen to get some water and I fainted !! I have pain in my stomach and I can’t even look at food, I have chills and body aches. The other symptoms you can guess for yourself. My piece of advice for this place is to check again how you store and cook your food, because all my food was cooked but probably wasn’t handled correctly!!
