best sushi train I’ve tried in Perth. LOVE the fresh aburi sushi which comes lightly flame seared giving it a beautiful charred flavour whilst still maintaining the soft texture of the fresh fish. when you order it, the professional sushi chef in the centre of the train makes it and hands it right to you at your seat, so it’s fresh, warm and melts in your mouth, SO divine. my personal faves are the salmon and Hotate (scallop) aburi! also had the Aji (horse mackerel) and Hiramasa (king fish) aburi. it is a bit pricy but I am very willing to pay, such great freshness and quality of ingredients. the salmon roll from the train was also great. total price ranges from $40-$50 for me. enjoyed the meal with some Japanese green tea and edamame, the freshly flame torched creme brulee is also amazing!! was very full and happy!

Had lunch here for the first time in a while, and I’m happy to see nothing has changed. Authentic, fresh, plenty of choice, and with friendly, attentive staff. For me, this remains the best sushi train in Perth.

Excellent sushi. Rather pricey and wished the staff wore masks (especially the chef).

Good quality food, and happy friendly staff. A very busy place so be prepared to wait for a seat at the conveyor. A lot of businesspeople were dining in when I visited. I had a selection of many dishes, sashimi, gyoza, nigiri, sushi, etc. Have found my new favourite lunch venue when I am in the city !

$56 and walked out hungry. Very small portions, overpriced, very average selection. Decided to leave and go elsewhere before I racked up an even higher bill. Going by the reviews it seems people in the West are satisfied with this standard. I’ll skip it next time.

Disappointing that it’s a “lucky dip” whether food is hot or cold. Hot food should be hot not cold like it just came out of the fridge
