We had lunch here we eat Fish and Chips yes you where surprised that we choose this dish lol ❤️ But my wife’s fish was bigger? I meant to tell you when we came back for a Ice Cream next door ❤️And our friends and family had the Fisherman’s Basket or a platter Le Box but we forgot a photo! And they did not finish their lunch! you get the picture ! And some water ! And we went across the road to the park bench’s and Harbour views !❤️

We went to this restaurant on Sunday, after 3 pm. Maybe that’s why there is no queue and the fish and chips is crispy. The portion is just right. But eventhough there is no people, the table is not clean. We end up has to clean it ourselves. This restaurant open till late. So if you plan to have a late lunch or early dinner, after 3pm, looks like this restaurant is your only choice.

I didn’t have high expectations due to the reviews, but in the end it was the best fish n chips I’ve ever had!! Got the barra, the batter was super golden, crispy and thin too which I love (hate it when it’s a thick dough), and also a crab claw that was delicious. Will be returning when next in Kiama!

Was down from the Gold Coast and although i only got some chips and a potato scallop it was the BEST potato scallop I’ve ever had. Thin crunchy batter with thick potato slice.

Last week I bought a $13.50 flathead pack from here and was disappointed with what I received regarding value for money. The fish fillets were pretty obscenely small – they might as well have served me fish-fishing. I thought I would give them another go after having a disappointing experience with a fishermen’s basket from there a couple of months earlier. The service isn’t overly friendly and unwelcoming, and It feels like they’re having a laugh with customers with pricing and value for money. Kiama deserves better.
