“Spoil yourself at Jamaica Blue”(Stockland, Hervey Bay) – just don’t expect to be sharing the food you’ve purchased without paying (in cash only to boot) for that convenience… Mums with small children and older people like me – be warned…. This shameless money grab is disgraceful- will not go back. At least I will appreciate my local Jamaica Blue more – they don’t do this!

Visited here a few months ago while waiting on my car to be serviced nearby. The lady who served me was lovely, but I overheard another staff member (I believe she is the owner?) speak in an absolutely disgusting manner to an elderly woman who was struggling with tap and pay. She was abrupt, rude and offered her no help. I’d heard many horror stories about this particular Jamaica Blue and sadly it appears they are true. I raised this with Jamaica Blue head office and I won’t be returning.

Fabulous coffee, but we were served with food we didn’t order inspite of the fact I told them twice. They agreed they got it wrong only after it was partly eaten! Wasn’t in the mood for a big debate after finishing shopping so we paid for it! Should have stuck to my guns. Definitely will NOT go back again when they’re busy!

Good friendly staff. Had Frittata and large latte for $18. Despite being very busy food and coffee came out promptly and with a smile. Frittata tasted good and latte was great. Only comment would be to display prices of the various items in the cabinet.

Disappointing Lunch there today. No prices on food in cabinet, just kilojoule count, we’re not all weight watchers. When I ordered two meals , and a coffee, I was asked would I like salad with that.I replied yes, after reading that salad came with the meal on the menu. The woman serving me was rude and disinterested and actually argued with my husband when she tried to say no salad came with meal and tried to up sell a salad meal !
