Ordered a pot of tea. Incredibly, when I asked for more hot water, I was told no – I would need to pay for another pot of tea if I wished for more hot water. Never happened before, in all my hundreds of cafe visits. Very disappointing. Will certainly not return

My wife lost her phone and eventually realised she had left it here. Thanks so much for the staff, and in particular the manager, who kept it safe and charged, so that when my wife eventually remembered and called looking for it – got the good news that it was there.
