Food quality very average. Dishes loaded with veggies. Service from the young boy at the counter needs improving. Don’t think we will order from here again

Disaster. Went for old times sake. An absolute disaster. Waiting forever for service. Forgot order. The same was happening to a mum and her two children. She was polite and respectful but her children had eaten and she was yet to receive her main course. They forgot what she ordered! Two ladies served themselves alcohol after ordering and politely asking where their drinks were some time later. They then rang the restaurant from their mobile phone to ask for service! They were then given another drink but then cancelled their orders and left, not having to pay for their drinks. The young man serving was new, polite and a nice young man but seriously needed assistance. I think more attention was being paid to the takeaways. The food was reasonable when it arrived. Having said all that I wouldn’t have missed it for quids. As the mum and her children agreed we would look back and laugh remembering the night we went to theJade Willow. Good for memories.

It’s our local. Very dated restaurant, but it’s big, and usually quite, with the same backing track music of 80s hits.

Service was extremely slow for our party of 8 people. Arrived at 6.30 pm and didn’t get to finish our meals until 9.00 pm. After taking our drinks order, I and one other guest waited more than half an hour to get ours. There were only 3 tables with patrons on the night so it wasn’t as if they couldn’t keep up. We ordered a wide variety of dishes but everything tasted the same. Takeaways appeared to take preference over dine in guests. The total bill seemed very high to all concerned with summing up the result of dubious scratchings of pencil on paper. Will not return and overall very disappointed.

Great food. Combination satay was great. Short soup and rice was fine but just need a bit of soy sauce. No dipping sauce with the spring rolls either which was a shame. (Ordered takeaway) but yes, would go there again for sure

Unfortunately this was extremely disappointing – told food would be ready at 6:20pm. Wasn’t ready for pick up till 6:35pm – food was cold and bland. Fried rice was tasteless, beef with seasonal vegetables came in what looked like a gravy (not sure that’s Chinese cuisine), honey chicken was cold, spring rolls were cold. A terrible meal for almost $60.

No heating in the middle of winter, non existent table service and we had to wait over half an hour for our entree only to be told that they hadn’t even started cooking it yet because they seemed to be only worried about their takeaway orders.
