Visited last night with family for the first time and wow! What a hidden gem, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, came out super fast and so much flavour. Will definitely be coming back again soon. Have tried many Indian restaurants across Brisbane and this is by far one of the best.

This place did not disappoint!!! The wife and I ordered tonight and our dishes were absolutely delicious. The vindaloo was divine, chicken Korma was scrumptious, and the Ashari was amazing. The basmati, raita and Naan topped it all off. Best of all there is enough food left over for at least another meal if not two. This is by far our GOTO for Indian cuisine in our area.

Being a business owner ourselves, we’re reluctant to write this review. However, this will be our first and last experience with this business and based on this businesses previous reviews, I would strongly recommend not ordering with Indian Appetite Restaurant until the new owner is prepared to make changes. Ownership has changed, both dishes where oily on top and very saucy, not much meat. Naan breads where just not like they used to be. Also got a side sauce in a little round container, this stuff was almost glowing that’s how green it was. Like paint, it was unlike I’ve ever seen and certainly tasted like… not even sure how to describe it. Unfortunately we will not go here again. We used to regularly get takeaway from them but the new owners are very different in how the meals are prepared and ingredients seems to be left out. Just not good value any longer. Food seemed slapped together.

My husband and I agree the last couple of times we’ve had indian appetite it has been quite disappointing. Although we ordered 3 different dishes each time everything has tasted virtually the same and with less meat. Now I can see other comments saying it has new owners. Hopefully they up their game because I’m not sure we’ll be coming back any time soon.

We just had our fav Rogan Josh and Garlic Naan here after a drive. We’re not at all hungry but soon as we got out of the car, the smell was so enticing that we just came inside to order without having a second thought. The staff or he’s probably the manager (not sure) is very accommodating and welcoming. Our orders were expected to be a take away as it’s been a long trend already since the pandemic started but we asked him if we can dine-in instead and he happily said yes. The foods were fantastic absolutely mouth-watering good. Our selection were not our first time, it’s always our choice whenever we feel like Indian food so we can already compare which is which is good, therefore, yes here is a TOP CLASS even better from the one in our place.. this one is our new go to place for Indian food. Put this way, it was way too good that we have forgotten to take a photo we just can’t wait..LOL
