Nicely located with room to sit both within the restaurant and an outside areas. We thought it to be a great option for breakfast. But it was not for us. The “Danish” bakery items were average and the Husky pie is nothing I will ever have for breakfast again. How you can even create something like this is beyond me. Must be a remnant of British penal colony times. OK, this is unfair. Many people seem to like this greasy bun. Let’s just say that tastes can be very different. Adding to the disappointment was that the coffee got mixed up and I found milk in my long black. Then had to wait for quite a bit to get a replacement. Sad.

We ordered the mash and mince pie, chicken vegetable pie, chunky steak and mushroom pie, Apple strudel and apple turnover. Amazingly fresh and flaky crusts, we enjoyed it so much we went back the next day for more! A local gem in Husky off the main street

Great pies, pastries, cakes and such. Plenty of seating inside and under cover. Good kids play area under cover. Highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

Another great bakery hidden in the side street, plenty of pie and sausage roll choices- I had the potato top pie. Also fresh bread and rolls along with a choice of sandwiches and more, then you can have an iced donut with coffee or a slice of lemon/lime pie or something else like a chocolate cake or cream cake maybe a large muffin or cream jam bun, maybe just a lamington with cream, there’s something for everybody’s taste so just enjoy, prices are good and staff are friendly.
