I would love to give this hungry jacks 0 stars!! It doesn’t deserve one. I am so appalled with the customer service and the fact they got our order wrong. The lack of communication is so bad from window to window as our order was correct and then jumbled. One of the contaminants of our order was 10 nuggets and large chips and we were only given 6 nuggets. The workers were rude and expected us to drive back through after we waited 20 minutes in the queue including 10 minutes trying to tell the lady our order through the speaker. Never coming back here thanks for nothing. Don’t go here!!!

Absolutely awful! Haven’t eaten HJ for about 4 years and I know why. This was by far the worst food experience. We went inside, hubby wanted new chicken burger. We ordered via self serve. Waited and waited and waited. People queued up, drive thru not moving, 40 mins later we get given a COLD cheeseburger with COLD SMALL chips ( paid for medium) cheese wasn’t even slightly melted. NO CHICKEN BURGER TO BE SEEN, we wait again . What a waste of time and money my burger was $6 but inedible, hubby’s was $14! Also inedible and an hour later….Absolute disgrace! No apology no offer to refund. Horrendous!

Drive thru has been closed for two weeks now, when entering I noticed how untidy the store was. I felt sorry for the trainee who was taking orders but didn’t know how to use the register properly and was too scared to ask the manager for help, who was too busy talking to his mate. I couldn’t order what I wanted as the girl couldn’t find the items on the register so I settled for what she could find. The manager Zac when walked past the counter kicked a plastic cup on the ground into the public standing area. What a circus! Then to be shortchanged on my order and had to drive back for it.

Typical for a fast food restaurant, but the grime on the front door needs to cleaned desperately, it’s filthy , with the very high price of fast food now days more needs to be done to ensure food safety especially with covid 19 every where it’s really not acceptable for this sort of filth to be unsanitary. I’ll come back next week and look to see if it’s been cleaned, I highly dought it will be .

Whoppers are always my favorites but it’s usually a long wait here. Delivery mates waiting 10-15 minutes is a no-go. Certainly can do better!
