Everything always tastes bad. Coffee sucks. Never pays attention if you try to customise a burger but still charge you for it. Ice coffee doesn’t look anything like the photo, it’s watery and disgusting. Onion rings are always soggy. Chips are always stale or cold.

Shockingly terrible food! The Manager of this store really needs to train the staff to make better quality burgers. I got a grilled chicken & bacon deluxe meal. The chicken was so dry I couldn’t even finish it, & the bacon burger wasn’t even hot. $25 down the F’n drain!!!

This is to the manager. I rang and spoke to you on the phone about your old tasting chips and worse tasting nuggets. You sound very young and inexperienced, start checking what goes out and how long it sits in your trays as I’m sure you will have many more complaints.

Have had major problems in the past with having our orders wrong (We always get Mayo Removed), we pull in to check our meals every time we order now and probably half the time it’s wrong and still has Mayo. I’ve previously had to take a Burger back in, to get it remade and then got back to the car and checked and it had Mayo in it again.

Just had to deal with a manager with such a poor and arrogant attitude over the vouchers I tried to use. I’ll never be spending money in any Hungry Jacks store again, thanks to her attitude. She should consider working in another job where she isn’t exposed directly to customers.

Ordered 2 Bacon Deluxe burgers minus the lettuce. What we got what tasted like plant based patties(which were disgusting) and only one tiny slice of tomato. What a rip off. They increase the price of their burgers as per the rising cost of ingredients but you don’t get what they advertise.

Honestly food is always cold! I don’t know why Kwinana Hungry Jacks even use the online app.. because you order on there and expect it to be ready when it says and still have to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru for cold food!

The overnight crew are probably the most useless employees I’ve ever experienced… did not take our order in the drive thru for 15 minutes then when we got to the window she tried telling me that I did in fact order (???) and was nothing but rude, when we finally got (only half) of our order it was disgusting. There’s a reason people call it the worst HJs in Perth
