Very clean facilities, table been wiped when were there, theres a washer outside before going to the toilet. The toilet are very clean and doesn’t smell. There’s a lot of parking outside. Staff are friendly. Highly recommended this place

Stopped on our way out of Brissie for breakfast. Clean, nice new facilities, good parking, street parking for camper or caravan. I had the ham and cheese croissant, hash brown and coffee. Food was very nice and fresh, and didn’t have to wait too long. Would come back again when passing through.

Orders are always wrong and takes 20-30 minutes just to get through the drive thru. A manager charged us $12 for a $2 frozen and a small drink and then acted hard done by for having to refund us. Shouldn’t a manager know better? I’ve seen that same manager treating their junior staff horribly and making them cry. Definitely do not recommend them at all and will be putting a proper complaint in. So disappointing for a new store.

Worst hungry jacks I’ve been to, they should have just closed the old store and not bothered building a new one. Every time I try and go there something is broken or they have run out of something. It’s been a good mo th since the thickshakes have been out of commission and every time I get told some new excuse. Honestly they should take this franchise off whoever has it and close the place. It’s a shame as I only like hungry jacks and have gone from eating there at least a couple times a week when I lived in Brisbane and now nothing .

Was extremely impressed with presentation and cleanliness of new store. The staff were outstanding, happy and helpful. The food, well…I will definately be returning. Carolina Jack Chicken burger, rebel whopper and kids nugget meals, all outstanding. Keep it up! Highly recommend going there

Dalby store is an embarrassment to your franchise. 1st visit was fine but very slow. 2nd visit store floor was filthy and sticky. 3rd visit I waited 19 mins in Drve thru for a coffee. 4th visit My Son wanted HJ’s for lunch we used the app last Friday to order, which we couldn’t complete as the app said Whoppers were not available. He then went in store to order and touch screens said the same for all burgers, no staff assistance to be had. So he came out and we went to McDonalds. We tried again today. He ordered on the app and chose pick up from drive through. We got to drive through and he had not received the 4 digit code that they insisted we would have got. Mind you in store they use your initials, but on the app you have to get a number. The $44.65 immidiately came out of his bank account but they had no order. The app then had no record of the order. 10 minutes in the drive thru trying to sort it. No sorry go park and come inside and ask for a Manager. We see a manager with a badge with her Name and ‘Growth Mindset Partner’ on it. Sorry can’t help you if you don’t have the 4 digit code sorry nothing I can do. Not once looking around or even looking at a computer to see if any record. I explained we had issues last Friday. Still I was calm and just looking to buy lunch
