This restaurant is mediocre. The food is just average, and is served at a temperature just below what you’d expect from a freshly cooked dish.

It is the best Chinese restaurant I have eaten in Brisbane. The environment is very clean. The proprietress is very nice and enthusiastic. Her smile makes me happy all day.

Very bad experience!!!!! My friend said the owner was hiring so I went to Hi Five trying to get a job. I don’t know why the first time she saw me she just said ‘you wear like this to start working? ‘ I said ‘no I just wanted to ask the salary first if it’s ok I can start working.‘ she was angry and said no you were not suitable for that job three times. Oh my God the all conversation only took 10 seconds. Who knows that I took 2 hours to go to Hi five from Ipswich. I posted this story on Chinese social media. I found other two girls had the same problem. Because the owner said we have to do several hours first to see our ability. One girl didn’t receive any reply to say how’s going after staring working. The other one girl told me she didn’t get pay as well. Also the owner told her the first two weeks you can only get $10.00 per hour. What the heck?! I can understand why she was so angry with me now as she wants free employees. She even doesn’t feel guilty from all the reply from social media I very doubt the payment to other workers wether it is legal or not. 不要再去这家店试工了!!!!

The best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Service is so friendly and amazing. We stumbled across this treasure by accident. The flavours of the beef broth, the bean curd jelly sauce, the greens. The food. Just so good.

Had a quick lunch with colleagues two days ago, eggplants were amazing but slow for rush hours.

First of all, very bad customer service. We ordered a dish and was told that the dish was sold out after we made the payment. We requested a refund, a staff said “No! We can’t do a refund. We can only exchange for another dish!”Another staff came out and said “ we can still make the dish, but you need to wait for a little longer.” The dish was delivered after we finished the meal.

The first thing I noticed was how nice it was inside this restaurant. The majority of the seating is in booths and I really liked it. The beef pieces in the lunch special were hard to eat because of the fat content so my friend had to ask for a knife and fork. The fish was not as fresh as it could be. I will come back and try the beef noodle soup though as it seems to be their specialty dish. The friendly service is what always encourages me to come back to a place and the service was definitely friendly.

Not recommended!! The number of staff is more than that of customers. Expensive dishes with small portions.

Worst restaurant in Brisbane possibly. Not authentic, soggy and the mapu tofu was completely uneatable.

First time trying out this new Chinese restaurant on Elizabeth St. I ordered Ma Pao tofu with rice, it was delicious!! The tofu and vegetables were fresh and full of flavours. Excellent service and dish was served hot and didn’t have to wait too long during lunch hour.
