Highly recommended by Japanese friends and we were not disappointed Excellent food we really enjoyed our dinner. Japanese owned and very authentic. Good size menu and great range of Japanese drinks restaurant doesn’t look like much but is comfortable and it’s really about the food. Excellent staff very friendly. Food is prepared in a timely manner and we only waiting 5-10 minutes after ordering till our food was on the table. Each plate was well timed and arrived after we finished one another was waiting to go. Thank you staff and chef.

Haruka is by far the best Japanese restaurant I have found in Australia And we have tried a lot of restaurants across Australia. This is our favourite restaurant in cairns by far, Aki San is the most wonderful host with such beautiful customer service, and the food is just outstanding! The Lunch bento box is such amazing value and we have never left without trying something truely spectacular!
