A group of us called into the Harley St Café for a quick bite. From what we saw there were two staff serving. The first had a friendly demeanour and seemed new, the other was very matter of fact and had a very no nonsense approach and manner. The coffees, teas and cakes were very good. The meals were ok but nothing outstanding. There was seating inside and out, although on the day we were there it was a really cold and we had to venture indoors.
