We were fantasticly surprised by this hidden gem of a restaurant. Evidently all the locals in Canberra know about the awesome Chinese food at Happy’s. The dishes we selected came hot fast and fresh and the prices reflected the quality of the food and the excellent service. Don’t be discouraged by the below street level location or the basic but clean functional layout you will not be disappointed.

I was a young 9yo boy first eating at Happy’s with my parents. Last night I had the nostalgic pleasure of bringing my now 11yo son and 7yo daughter to basically the exact same fun and experience I had. Food is great, atmosphere nostalgic and just a little fresher but wow – just amazing. Thank you! They made me come back for a 2nd night in a row too! Thank you Happy’s…..you’ve brought so many people such joy over your food. Generations!
