We had dinner at the Hahndorf Inn. We ordered the Wurst Platter (for 4) which can easily be shared between 3 people (probably not enough for 4 adults). It includes about 10 different types of sausages, 2 pretzels, potato and sauerkraut. The pretzels from the platter were nice and chewy. The sausages were delicious and sauerkraut authentic. The apple strudel was also delicious but we didn’t really think much about the chocolate mousse. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and made it feel very much like you are in Germany.

If you are looking for a place to get a good meat schnitzel and barbecue rib, I recommend Hahndorf inn. The beer paddle is also a great way to try a variety of local beers. However, the cheese kranski is not recommended, and the toilets are dirty.

When visiting Adelaide, I recommend a day trip to Hahndorf. This in is super tasty food and Booz wise. If visiting in the winter I highly recommend getting their gluhwein. It was perfect for a cold chilly day. All their German beers are excellent as well. Choose based on style or get their flight. Their food is also super tasty as well. Their food comes in large portion sizes. Their family options offer a little if everything. I highly recommend this restaurant
