Guzman y Gomez – Windsor consistently delivers quality Mexican cuisine, and my visit to their Windsor branch was no exception. The food was delicious and lived up to their reputation. The only drawback was the condition of the chairs, as many had ripped covers, making them a bit uncomfortable. Despite this, the cozy ambiance and ample car parking in the area make it a convenient choice. If you’re craving flavorful Mexican dishes, Guzman y Gomez is definitely worth a visit.

We have given this store plenty of opportunities to get their act together but they consistently fail. Slow and badly collated and cooked food. Today offer as you can see was a regular fries for the price of a large and a slow cooked “rice” burrito for the price of a beef burrito. Even the rice was hard and crunchy and it’s pretty hard to get rice wrong. Much better outlets than this one so go elsewhere I say if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Ordered a burrito bowl with spicy chicken. When I got home I realised they didn’t put any cheese or spicy sauce on it. The meal was also not as warm as usual and the chicken was burnt. Tried calling them but no one picked up. Food and service is trash. Avoid this place.

Ordered on the app, then got a notification it was ready. Waited for more than 15 minutes in store. Some issues with stats and fudging management reporting I think? Sure they were busy… but don’t tell me my order is ready when I still have to wait 15 minutes. Basically my whole break is gone waiting for it to be prepared. The staff are great though. But there’s something dodge going on with the app or something.
