The service we endured tonight was truly unremarkable. It was very disappointing to see such appalling customer service as a customer service worker myself. The wait staff seemed visibly frustrated with our attendance despite booking ahead. One waitress in particular (French lady) was extremely short with us and quite rude. Thankfully, the rest of the staff were okay. The food had to be ordered in advance, and clearly so it could be prepared well in advance. The food was visibly old and reheated. Not to mention dry, and in some cases prepared incorrectly. By closing time, the waitress was practically kicking us out. Turned lights off and all. Most definitely not one of the better places I have dined… disappointed to say the least.

Oh my goodness that was so good. We had the tasting plate and it was so delicious. The fried bread tasted amazing and the Mac and cheese – oh my goodness fried Mac and cheese. My friend had the steak which she really enjoyed. I had the salmon and I could not stop saying how good it was it was just delicious. On and on!!! All the tastes together in that dish.

Not a great experience here at all. Was extremely quite when I went. I made a booking prior. Walked in and staff ignored us. Was waiting a few minutes and no one came to us. Had to walk to the hotel reception to get any service. Finally got our table and a glass of water each. No menus. Finally got menus and decided what we wanted. Had to wait again around 15 mins. Got food ordered and food came. Meal was nice and tasty which was a positive. That’s the only positive I can give and can’t be bothered writing a long review.

Located in a lovely setting and has good ambience for dining. Food is delicious, depending on what you order. Salmon was deliciously cooked but steak was over done for medium rare. Although staff was friendly, it was hard to try to get their attention to request for additional things.

A solo diner at 8pm on a Monday night. I tried to get a table here only to be told they are full. I kid you not, half the restaurant was empty with diners all cramped into a noisy corner. I could visibly see that half or more of the restaurant was completely vacant.

Reasonable quality food with a very good chef – I suspect there is an accountant telling the chef what to do so ingredients are quality but not world leading. My entree was the Wasabi prawns – with a yummy combination of sauces and several small prawns. My mains was the 300g Wagyu steak, medium rare, with truffles mashed spuds. The mashed spuds were yummy but I couldn’t taste truffle. The steak was good quality but not awesome. I’ll have my steak rare next time I come here. My desert was the chocolate fondant – it was yummy but the accompanying icecream was not awesome.

I give 4 coz when we arrived at the resto the staffs said i cancelled the reservation which is i rang a day before to confirmed and to make sure they booked me and asked more infos. But t any way Glad the staffs so friendly and easy to approach. The Food is fantastic and big serving. Worth the price.

Ordered 2 thai beef salads for lunch, one was gluten free option. They took the rice noodles out of the gfo. FYI gusti, rice noodles are gluten free. There was no replacement just a whole lot of onion (which was not on the menu), fatty inedible beef and a bowl of watery sauce. Is it thai beef salad or thai beef soup i do not know. The sauce itself was delicious but other then that not worth the money.
