Just had dinner there, Friday night and the place is empty. No wonder. Ordered through the app, $70 for two adults. Food came relatively quickly, then I realised the drinks hadn’t been served so had to go to the bar to get them (which were just served in the containers, not by tap… at a bar) by the time I had walked over there and back and sat down my food was cold. On further inspection my burger had tomato’s which I asked for it without, so I picked them off and they went to waste. My “bacon & cheese” burger also had the tiniest piece of bacon I’ve ever seen. Chips were a bit overdone and not salted enough. However, the Chipotle mayo was good. Just sucked, disappointed.

This time was not up to their normal standard, sorry to say. We were looking forward to eating there and getting our usual tasty favourites. That disappointment falls directly to the kitchen staff. The meat pattie was well overcooked with the wrong sauce, felt like it was a re-fry from a previous order bungle, my salad had a clump of brown avocado mush on top and chicken pieces that were more like bits of dry leather…. UNSEASONED! We’d like to know what happened to the chips, not all arrived to the table, the cup was missing a few. So we left disappointed, striking them from our Go-To list. What was missing from them today was quality control and standard checker staff. Perhaps the manager should have been doing that instead of unpacking boxes in the middle of the restaurant, in the middle of lunch service. Just saying.

I’ve gone here for years and it’s honestly never been better ! The staff are always so lovely and the service is impeccable. One of the few places I go to that is consistent with its service and food which is why im always happy to eat there! The manager is always so friendly and they take care of you. Great place to eat !

Im really disappointed with my chicken caesar salad. Looks like leftovers . There is no greens and just a lot of dressing on it. Maybe its not a salad? Its a chicken and egg mix? Its just really disappointing. Its not even worth it for $17.40.

My chicken burger and sweet potato fries were cooked to perfection. Best burger I have had in a very long time. Really good service too. Highly recommend this place. I will be back when next in the gong.

Awful experience today. Long time buyer and first time complainer. 2/3 of the orders I picked up were terrible. Sauces missing, hairs in burgers, dry patties with a clear mince texture rather than the patty being properly combined. Ended up eating the bun on its own it was so bad.

Very good. Great service. Nice atmosphere. My son and his girlfriend went there for their first date I found out because she has celiac disease. So great options for gluten free food as well. I was taken by their loyalty programme. I think it’s pretty good because it’s not a long time before you start getting something back.
