Unfortunately can’t comment on the food as an hour after ordering, then being ignored at out table while waiting for just two burgers we felt compelled to leave without having been served. Clearly diners sat at tables were continually bumped down the wait list as takeaways were served. On asking twice after progress with our order we were told they were very busy, the subsequent time estimates we were given both way short. We received no apology, but did get a refund. If you are planning a meal out with partner/friends, best walk past this place if you don’t want your evening wasted.

We love Grill’d but the amount of times this restaurant has got our order wrong when we’ve placed for take away. Last night it was my friends bday and she wanted Grill’d. We’re both vegan and ordered the garden goodness made vegan. One burger came with the impossible patty (not vegan) and the other burger came with non vegan cheese. She also got given normal fries instead of sweet potato. And my other friend got the normal garden goodness but ended up with the impossible burger and vegan cheese. Very frustrating when we get all the way down to the strand to have 3 incorrect burgers.

Food here is consistently good. Service a bit slower than usual this evening. Staff nice but took a good while to get served. Had to order at the counter as the Grilled App would not work.
