I ordered two burgers, and both of the meat patties seemed to be reheated. One of the burgers was barely warm. I think for that for the price of $15, the burgers should be freshly cooked. Also, the lighting was so bright that you needed sunglasses to be comfortable.

I just need to say how amazing the manager Felicia was at this store! My daughter and I were having a girls night and sadly due to a misunderstanding from the staff that took our order we only recieved one meal…… We were then looked after amazingly and the staff were not only apologetic but went above and beoynd to help us! Grilled should be so proud to have a manager and staff such as these amazing humans working for them!

Ordered a single serve of sweet potato fries. It’s meant to be a little smaller than a share pack… you get 5 small chips in a tiny paper cup. Thats $1 a chip. Total rip off!
