Ordered a meal through Uber Eats, it showed up missing half the order, I rang and spoke to 2 people claiming they were the manager, I requested the balance be delivered. I was told to come into the store and pick it up myself or request a refund through the app. I stated this was poor customer service, I was told this is standard procedure then hung up on twice. Extremely poor service, I do not recommend this business.

The Benowa restaurant staff failed to follow a simple request for a PLAIN cheese burger despite my 3 simple confirmation at the counter that it was No sauce no salad just a plain Burger with cheese and bread , when I arrived back home I opened my meal to see a sauce loaded burger , upon ringing the store the manager refused to replace my meal and send a Urber eats , instead telling me to get back I’m my car and drive 29 minutes back to the store and get a refund . then they put the phone down and failed to answer my 8 calls , this shows me an utter contempt for their customers, i will never step foot in another Grilld and will tell all my friends and associates of the dreadful customer service. This has happened on a number of occasions before at Robina and miami which i know is a human error , on previous occasions my meal was replaced and an apology, however these stores were busy at the time .This occasion I was the only customer maybe this was the reason that 5 staff can mess up one order….please avoid this store if you have anything that is slightly different from the menu

Amazing customer service. Sophie was a 10/10 she had such a welcoming presence and greeted everyone with a smile. She was attentive to all our orders and literally ran to give us the best service possible (which was just above a beyond in a good way).

The burgers patties are good but the buns are all “healthy”so we miss out on the yummy unhealthy option which is a shame. All in all. Eat here if you like but the burgers really do not match the unhealthy alternatives.

Good burger joint. Everything was great! The food quality is always the best at Grill’d and the it’s always a very clean space. Their bathrooms are tended to often and the staff do their best to make guests feel welcome. This is always appreciated it.

I’m a massive grilld fan , everywhere I have been in the past has been amazing and I’ve never had a complaint. But This place at benowa is horrible firstly they didn’t have potato chips. They only had one type of bun to which was a little annoying but we compromised as these things happen. But then we ended up waiting nearly a hour for a burger on a Monday night where it was dead quiet. Then when we received our order it was stone cold oh and not to mention the wrong order . So when we approached the staff saying it’s wrong and one burger is missing dill pickles she puts 2 slices of pickles on a plate and hands it to me. Never again will I return. This place leaves a bad taste of grilld in people’s mouths. Let’s hope it’s isnt ever someone’s first grilld experience.
