We attend this little local restaurant regularly and overall are very happy to have such good food so accessible. This week a number of our favourite items were unavailable. Peroni beer, and the nicest red wine on their menu. The calamari entree was awesome, the bruchetta was over cooked, cool and soggy… this is not normally the case. The gnocchi and brisket was the highlight meal tonight. The marinara was not the best is ever been… lots of seafood but didn’t like the squid, mussels were cold. It is usually my favourite dish and I have had it many times… tonight not so good. Still grateful to have this quaint little restaurant here. Chef may have had an off day.

Best pizza I’ve ever had. Great value and plenty of good quality topping. Had the Frutti de Mare, so much seafood which was perfectly cooked. Base was thin and crispy, cheese had amazing stretch factor. Service was excellent, and the owner came out to ask us how our meal was going, which shows pride in his restaurant that is reflected in his cooking. So well priced, I would be willing to pay more. Definitely going back.

We got takeaway on a Saturday night, firstly be aware they add tax onto the order, prices don’t include tax!!!! Makes this way to expensive and the meals we definately not worth the price. Arancini, calamari frito, pizza and chicken nuggets were all cold. The pasta meals were hot enough. The calamari Frito tasted like flour and the arancini was just mush could not even tell it was rice. Never go there again.

I live on bribie island and made a trip for this. First visit, it was my brothers birthday and wanted to find something in his area. Saw the reviews and wasn’t disappointed. When others were being served you could smell their food from across the room. Food was amazing that we ordered best Italian I have had and I’ve been to Italy I’d say it compares. (And you know anyone whos experienced “italy” Italian food thinks they’re an expert lol)
