Food was good UNTIL … we took a bite in a piece of plastic, apparently broken from a takeaway container. A moment later there was another small piece. I write this review with sadness because we don’t want to cause any harm to the place but to alert and hope a lesson is taken.

My partner and I dined in one evening and we had a great experience. The staff are welcoming and accommodating, and the food was very tasty and filled us right up! With the leftover food that we took home, it was well worth the money.

Didn’t get the chance of eating in, so got takeaway instead. At First glance, I have thought the prices were expensive than other restaurants in Melbourne but I changed my mind after i have seen the quantity of food they provided. Its a really good restaurant closer to Mt. Macedon, must try!

We were very pleased that we were recommended to try Grand Guru tonight. Couldn’t fault any of the meals we had. Yummy naans and roti. Partner and son highly recommended the chicken tika starter. My vegetarian meal was great. Friendly staff. Good service. Takeaways were flying out the door. Took a takeaway order back with us to drop off at people who couldn’t make it. They purchased the butter chicken along with other stuff and said the butter chicken was so good.
