Went here for my b day dinner on Saturday. As always big love for the Vietnamese sauce and cooking style but this time the customer service is meh. We called to change our booking to one hour later and they said no problem but when we walked in d lady just gave us attitude as if we were late for our appointment? Like excuse me? We ran a 5k marathon in the afternoon and our car broke down half way back home things happen ok? Plus we alr called to change time. Seriously I was already over all the issues and ready to actual celebrate my b day night but then d lady just ruined my mood again. Jesus

The dining experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues. The prolonged waiting time for the food was followed by a disappointing seafood platter- seafood was tough and lack of flavor, alongside vegetables lacking in taste. Additionally, a strand of hair was discovered within the rice dish served. Felt the cost of the meal was overpriced and with all the above issues , will not be visiting again.
