Had lunch Saturday 29/7/2023 7 people, absolutely the best Chinese and Malaysian food I have ever eaten and we eat out a lot,quality was outstanding, price extremely fair particularly when you see how big the portions are, everything came out on time entrees and main course, interior I loved it , we drove from Brisbane and will definitely be back.

Before COVID-19 we took our clients to Good Choice Chinese at Helensvale as the food, atmosphere, service was excellent. Clients thoroughly enjoyed it before, however when we went there recently, things have changed drastically, poor service, staff showed no interest in her job, customer skill was poor. We could hear foul mouth at the back and customers looking at each other in amazement. Carpets were not cleaned windows looked so dirty, the fridge wasn’t cleaned. Poor management. My understanding is if you running a business, do it well. The dates on invoices were incorrect, a day behind. There was no proper business name on the invoice so we could claim our lunch receipt. Deep Fried ice cream wasn’t what I expected. Extremely poor quality and service. You may have to clean up the entire place please . I hope this review helps you change your thinking how you operate your business.

Really wanted to try this restaurant as it looked like an old style place and some things on the menu looked appealing. We tried it twice. Both times we never looked like getting our order taken yet walk ins fir take away were dealt with while we looked on. Unfortunately this joint is the Faulty Towers of Chinese restaurants.

The whole place needs a complete makeover, and staff need to learn how to clean! Glass table tops are covered in greasy dust (you could write a message on them) plastic covers not much better, aircon vents are congested in black dust. Carpets filthy with leftover food left from previous diners the night before . Service “what service”

Service was terrible. Tables weren’t cleared all night. Served one dish cold. No cutlery and had to ask for this and glasses. Didn’t dare ask for water or chopsticks. Coffee at end was cold so left early as it was so bad. Won’t be coming back.

I went there for dinner with my partner. Unfortunately we had to wait 40 mins for our drinks, 50 mins for our entree dish and then 1 hour for our main food. Not to sure why we had to wait but the people who came in after us got food and drinks. Not happy at all. I won’t be dining in ever again. You have just lost yourselves 2 customers. Lazy and slow service.
