food’s not very affordable but it’s very good being a top choice if not on a budget the Mongolian beef is to die for and definitely an easy pick for me along with the good Honey chicken despite the fact it’s texture is less chicken more the inside of a wet nappy.

Golden Lake has the best Chinese on the north of the central coast….the prawn cutlets are perfect as well as satay chicken & king prawns & cashews (favourites for us) always delivered fresh & hot ….highly recommend ….do yourself a favour & enjoy

We discovered this restaurant a little over year ago after spending years trying to find a great Chinese in the area and always being disappointed. This one definitely did not disappoint! We’ve been regularly ordering since and have never once gotten a meal we weren’t 100% satisfied with. Their Satay and Mongolian are both some of the best we have had and are usually the the hardest to find well made. Always fresh and on time & their lunch packs are great value for money! Highly recommend, both for dine in & take out!

We had a great evening there. Upon arrival we were given menus right away, followed by 2 glasses & a glass bottle of water. Many other restaurants you have to beg for service & are constantly asking for things, which should come as good service. Meals came out fast. The short soup & sweet corn chicken soup came out in big bowls (rather than the tiny plastic ones you get elsewhere), with a decent portion of wontons & real chunks of chicken in the sweet corn chicken soup.
