So glad I discovered this little hide – away café! The staff are so friendly and I come here as often as I can to get my daily dose of coffee. The staff have never gotten my order wrong and they put so much time and effort into making the best coffees for customers. The beans they use are so so good! You can taste it with every sip! I also enjoy their pasteries as a treat now and then as they are presented so nicely and taste AMAZING.

Whenever I want to recharge I love getting a treat and spending time in this establishment. The staff are so friendly and kind. The food is great and it’s a wonderful experience everytime I visit. I have been going to the bakehouse for the last few years and it is consistently awesome. Thank you for your excellent service.

Nice selection of pastries and breads. But my lord the coffee is rough. It’s so bitter and harsh. It’s not an issue with the barristas, it’s the beans. Get some decent beans in there and this would be a place.

My first time there and my last. I had a baby asleep in stroller no seats available except for one in the small alcove on the side.. one table in the first corner where there was two trolleys in there. As i tried to manover the stroller out of the the an assistant came through with a coffee fir someone and glared at me and said well great now no-one can get in or out.. i felt like telling her to refund me and shove my meal where it fitted, giving her the benifit of the doubt i waited for my lunch.. it was abruptly put on the table.. i said thankyou and was given another glare. The trolleys blocking the way had very little in them and should not have been in there… i had a very small human. Extremely Poor Service.

Disappointing experience. Coffee was adequate, nothing wrong with it but nothing spectacular either – certainly nothing I’d expect from a German bakehouse. And the one pastry I had was stale. Overall an average “shopping centre coffee shop” experience.

They don’t use proper cups or mugs for their coffee, nor do they use teaspoons. I am in here today with only a few patrons and we waited at least 20 minutes for our coffee and food and they got the order wrong! I won’t be coming back here again!

The best place to go to for a coffee i recomend going there an taking a seat or take away a light snack. Staff are friendly an always a chance that u will meet someone new there. They sell bakery bread too
