When we first arrived we were told you only have an hour and a half for your booking we wasn’t told this when we called or when we received confirmation of booking. The starter garlic focaccia bread was burnt apart from that it was a good size and of good taste. Our mains came out giving us only half an hour left of our booking, the pizzas we ordered again were of good size and taste. We had the donuts for desert they were very dry and tough definitely not freshly cooked. There was no pepperoni pizza, spaghetti bolognaise or lasagne on the menu but what was on the menu was pretty vast. Our service was great the waitress continuously refilling drinks. There is no carpark for the restaurant so you need to find a park and walk.

The pizza base had a nice, chewy texture and was very good. The homemade spaghetti was cooked al dente and also very nice, but I felt that the carbonara could have used a bit more seasoning to enhance the overall flavour. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

I’ve been to the Gold Coast for few weeks and had a pleasure to visit Gemelli Restaurant for few times during my stay at Meriton Suites (just 4 minutes walking to the restaurant) and what I can say about this amazing restaurant is; everything is highly pleasant to taste, is a cozy place, welcoming atmosphere and the food was so fresh, tasty and top standard. Also, the staff members are so friendly especially the two ladies usually was on the counter, always found a spot for me even I haven’t booked table.
