Awakening Global Consciousness
These very limited options in the evening at Parkes, especially vegan. It was a cold night so we decided on take away. We asked the female staff if she would make us some hot soup with noodles and mixed vegetables. She was so helpful and advised they wouldn’t use chicken stock but instead add some spices to the soup for flavour. Also she said they wouldn’t use oyster sauce on the mixed vegetables of carrot, cabbage, beans, bamboo shoots etc. They cooked fresh baby broccoli and with rice. It was very delicious and we recommend. We had cooked a rice dish without egg or meat.
