I had a seniors meal which was Very Poor the food was cool and the lamb was tougher than old boots. The roast pork was just as bad, it’s the 3rd time I have been there and it has NOT IMPROVED. COME ON PEOPLE THE FOOD IS NOT THAT HARD TO COOK.

Meals were very tasty, l had the seniors porterhouse which came with chips, gravy and side salad, A1 customer service, very clean and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Made welcome even though we had a very large group. Food was served on time and there was little waiting between courses. There was no push to get us out at the end as they allowed us to talk when other customers had gone. Food was in generous helpings and everyone said how nice it was.

Never ask old asian lady for a complimentary cappacino when u spend hundereds on the pokie machines she does not like to do her job. I was asked hpw many fn cappucinos do u want, then she made it to hot to drink. Apart from that the rest of the staff 100÷ lovely xo

If this could let me put 0 I’d put millions of 0. The old lady serving out on the bar with dark red hair is absolutely disrespectful and rude! I asked for a channel change and she threw the remote onto the bench and it fell to the floor with no cares whatsoever and did not apologise as another worker came to help me. She needs to gooooo! If this is her attitude towards customers just imagine the poor workers that have to put up with this childish disgusting behaviour. She may have experience with customer service but what is customer service without a can do attitude, proper communication and effort.

Outstanding variety of food – and everything (if you’ve enough room to try it all) tastes amazing! Dinner at the fountain gate has become our large Families tradition whenever we visit from New Zealand for it’s quality, costliness and the best part – suited playground areas for our Children of all ages making Family dinner a hassle free and enjoyable experience for everyone.

3 meals are labelled as gluten free, I thought great but I’ll just double check. Asked if the chips are gluten free in the calamari and chips, ( main size) the lovely lady on service asked the chef he said no! So was going to order the entree calamari that’s labelled gluten free but again asked the lady to ask the chef, he said no!
