Customer service was amazing, very friendly staff. The pizza was nice however it felt like “death-by-tomatoes”- it had way too much tomato for a simple margarita pizza! Would have preferred more basil instead. Otherwise pretty nice.

I don’t believe Pizza Hut or similar sort of places should be rated more than 2-3 stars, hence this place is getting 3. Nothing wrong with food or service, it’s just this is a fast food place with the quality of food being good for that type of place. However, this cannot be compared with a good quality Italian pizza. Just because it’s a wood fire pizza , it doesn’t make it nice pizza.

We used to order from here regularly, however the prices have gone up dramatically and the pizzas have shrunk! They seem to have new staff and while I waited for my order (15mins later than the suggested time) they were fixing up mistakes to other orders. Very disappointed.

Exceptional pizza with delicious food. Surprisingly gourmet, I wasn’t disappointed with googles recommendations of best food in the area. Highly recommend asking the wait staff for their popular pizzas

Still good but the quality of the pizzas here have declined over the past year and it’s not a one off. Small things, less care with the toppings, not cut evenly or all the way through, more likely to be burnt.

Very disappointed with the overall service and being stung with a “dine-in” fee of 10% which was not advertised or made clear to us at time of our 6:30pm Saturday booking. Is this fee new? Certainly no view to see in an arcade. Think I’ll go to Penzo’s next time. No dine in fee there!
