They were unorganised and were surprised when they heard that we had a reservation. The first server did not smile, and made it seem like it was a pain to bring our food to us. The porterhouse steak was chewy and over seasoned. The sides (steamed veggies and chips) were better then the meat. The staff make it seem like they don’t want you there, and that it is a hassle to serve you. Not impressed especially for the prices. I won’t be coming back and I feel bad for the poor souls that pay for a membership.

i bought the marbled sirloin steak with chips and salad, i had to spit out every single bite of the steak i tried to eat due to it being so excessively stringy and chewy and by the time i was half way through the steak and exhausted from chewing like a cow for so long i decided to take it over to the kitchen to complain because i had half a steak left and also half a chewed up steak stacked on my plate, the manager only offered to give me back half of the price i paid for the meal and she said that was due to me not returning the meal earlier than i had decided to bring it back, i explained that that was because i wasn’t expecting every single bite to continue to be the same but gave up on thinking it was anything but chewy when i hit half and still hadn’t been able to eat a single bite of the steak yet! on the other side, the chips and salad were beautiful and the kids means are a really decent serving side which the kids appeared to enjoy

I can quite honestly say that this was the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life.. the meat lovers was cooked to perfection the perfect combination of toppings the base and crust was perfect I will always drop in for a pizza when I’m in the area … absolutely amazing food loved it

We shared an Amazing Margarita Pizza from Flame Pizzeria! It was probably one of the best pizzas we have ever eaten, even better than any in NYC 😉 The service was great & atmosphere relaxed & comfortable so planning on returning today for another! Also had tea for two from the sweets booth next to it & was lovely presentation.

I have previously had magnificent pizza there. Last night ordered take away and waited at least 40 minutes. When I got the pizzas home they were all burnt. Very disappointing.

2 meals at the Bistro. Partner said Fettuccine was very tasty and great. I had the Chicken and Mushroom pie with chips. If I had served that to a truckie when I was running a Truck Stop I probably would have worn it. Chips looked and tasted like they were the leftovers from lunch time. A bowl of chicken and mushrooms with a layer of pastry on top is not a pie in my opinion. The pastry had cheese topping which was so over cooked it could not be cut with a knife it had to be torn and the underneath was soggy. At $42.80 (members price) Ned Kelly is alive and well and living at this club. Not impressed. 5 stars for the Fettuccine 1 star for the so called Pie hence 3 overall. Nothing memorable about the service or atmosphere.

The Flame Pizzeria absolutely does the best pizza ever. They stack the pizza with loads of filling and cheese. I’m not really fond of pizzas overall however there Pizzas are sooo delicious
