I’ll start with the positive, the honey chicken is well above average. Really nice dish. But everything else was mediocre.

Brilliant food, as always. Lovely short soup for my wife and delicious spring rolls for me. Mains were Mongolian lamb, honey chicken and special fried rice. Everything was perfect. Matthew and Zilli were very friendly and attentive and wait time was very quick. Highly recommend.

Firstly the good, really big dishes so great value and the service was also good. Special fried rice was tasteless and gluggy. What really disappointed me is that we ordered chicken with ginger and shallots and they delivered sizzling garlic chicken. They quickly realized their mistake so took out away. 5 min later the same garlic chicken was returned but not on a sizzling plate and with ginger and shallots added. Oh my now that is just bizzare and to think we would not know ? What if one of us could not eat garlic wow monumental error and one I cannot forgive. I mentioned to the waiter and he looked and obviously embarrassed walked away without a word. I mentioned it again when I paid the bill and he just ignored me. Possibly one of the worst demonstrations of lsl of respect I have encounter in a restaurant.

My late husband and I would eat every fortnight but unfortunately covid interupted a lot of people’s eat out nights I enjoy good Chinese cuisine I do recommend this restaurant you can park in carpark almost at their door so good for wheelchairs,very reasonable prices.
