Hubby & I regularly visit for a coffee & cake, sometimes meet friends there. Coffee & cakes or meals are great. But the staff are wonderful. Always happy & pleasant, nothing is too much trouble! Keeps us coming back, well done

Unprofessional service, very rude staff. I went there for the last time today. I ordered with a friendly smile and the girl seemed angry with me for simply ordering breakfast. I asked for two sets of sourdough toast, both with avocado and both with two eggs. They came out with one egg on each. When I went to the counter to ask for an extra egg the girls all looked at each other then at me, making me feel super uncomfortable. I had to try extra hard to be nice and polite as I thought they were all having a bad day but I then emended they are like this each time I come here. Never going back there again it’s not worth being made to feel like you’re unwanted and unwelcome.

I just had lunch at the Espresso Lane. The coffee was well made and much nicer than quite a few I’ve had in Sydney. It was a large and boy was it large! However, unlike a lot of extra large coffees, they didn’t skimp on the shots so it wasn’t too milky. I also had a toasted Turkish sandwich, this was delicious. Service was quick and polite, who could ask for more? Recommended, and I will be back next time I’m in Tahmoor.

I asked the girl behind the counter where i could get a menu & she just pointed, obviously to much trouble to pass it to me! No one knew what flavour the quiche was. Staff definitely don’t seem happy, lots of eye rolling when another staff member spoke. If only there was another coffee shop nearby.

On Tuesday morning my husband and I went for a coffee with our granddaughter, when I asked one of the girls if they had a high chair I was told yes it’s over there and the pointed to it, when I went over to get it myself the high chair was filthy I then went back to the counter and said to the same staff member that the high chair really needed to be cleaned, I must say I was rather shocked to be handed a bottle of windex
