We liked the food and service here. It was pretty fast and friendly. Lots of different dishes to try. Portions are small compared to the price. The tables are too close to each other, but we still enjoyed having lunch there.

The chicken mushroom stroganoff did not have to pop off that hard… saucy served with creamy mashed potatoes SO GOOD… apple crepes were interested cuz they were fried which made the outside crispy, they were good but nothing special. Chai latte was really good albeit a bit too sweet, coffee was great. Ambience was cute, it was so busy too!

Really amazing European style food. Huge extensive menu. I had the pulled beef crepes, huge serving I couldn’t even finish and it was divine. Mum had the open chicken sandwich and gives it rave reviews also. Highly recommend this cute hidden gem in the middle of the city.

The two different warm dishes we had for lunch were both perfectly made, with well balanced and adapted tastes. A class above what you normally find in even more expensive restaurants. The menu has a nice selection of basic desserts as well, of which we shared one, and everything was swiftly prepared.

I have read reviews before coming here and I have expected to receive better service. I love coffee and atmosphere here except the way a waitress treated me. At first when she took my order, not one smile showed on her face and even when I said “thank you” she went away not even intend to say anything back. However I simply thought that she might be tired or sth. Next thing is since I didn’t know the kitchen has closed, I asked her with all respect, quoted “Can I please one scone and a cup of water? Thank you?” And she immediately said, quoted “No” to my face without any explanation. I was confused and to be franked, quite in shocked as she said that to me with such a questionable attitude. Then I have to ask why to get an answer from her that the cafe is about to close. And after a while I also asked her if I have to leave as this is my first time here, she again only said “yes” and said that the cafe will shut the door, etc. Since when customers are treated that way? I myself have been working in hospitality and retail industry and I can assure that this is not how customers are treated.

PEA AND HAM SOUP OF THE DAY WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!! Lovely servers and food, only thing stopping it from being 5 stars is that the table and booths were sticky… other than that very good, so cute that it’s in a bookstore as well.
