paid 10$ for an orange juice!! and only got a cup the size of a small?? i understand times are tough but this is ridiculous. The juice was tasty but only lasted 4 sips. atmosphere was so chill too

$13.80 for large (really a medium) coffee and a very thin H&C toastie. Average value. I was going to eat-in but walked past uncleared tables that were fly-blown. One girl delivered a single coffee to a customer at a table beyond the mess and returned without clearing… also with a sour look on her face. Bad training and management. Coffee was made with a smile but whole episode soured the vibe. Finally, need more non-egg selections

This has to be my favourite cafe in the city!! Do yourself a favour and visit Dukes Cafe, the atmosphere at the cafe is amazing, food is delicious and the staff goes above and beyond to help their customers. If I was living in the city I will be coming in everyday as I have fallen in love with this place <3

I had a negative experience when I went in to buy lunch this week. The blonde girl behind the counter seemed to ignore me standing there waiting for service. Then another customer approached and she went towards him to serve him first. He declined and motioned if I had been served. She insisted she wanted to serve him. Then I stepped up and placed my order. This is shoddy customer service! I will NOT be returning there! Left a bad impression! This person needs more training re cultural diversity and unconscious bias. I am an older female person of colour and paying customer. Zero stars for service and atmosphere!

Wi-Fi available, ask for password. Coffee delicious but a little mellow. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Prompt service. The eggs Benedict with ham on soft toast, spinach and light because but spicy sauce is scrumptious and reasonably priced, so is coffee. Walking distance to centre of town and main bus stop. Great atmosphere, different decor, good for date, must try.
