As soon as I sat down, they brought out a basket of chips and dips, setting the perfect tone for the meal. The portions of the meals were generous and satisfying, making every bite a true delight. From the appetizers to the main courses, the flavors were authentic and memorable. This restaurant knows how to make your taste buds dance with joy. Look I’m torn. The service was 5 stars, the food was obviously made in house and it was good, but not quite what I was expecting – eg the Mole Oaxaca, a dish I’ve have a few times in other countries, tasted too much like chocolate. Best authentic Mexican food I’ve found in Oz. Australia has an absence of real Mexican restaurants. After living in the USA for 20 years and traveling multiple times to Mexico I’ve found it impossible to find authentic Mexican food here. This place ticks every box. Food is amazing. Tamales are to die for. It’s just good authentic food, the food on the menu is Mexican, nothing fancy, just authentic! You must try this place if you are in Sydney. I can’t wait to go back.

The best Mexican in Sydney. Been here many many times and never disappointed. Our standard order is cheese quesadilla, taco bowl salad with chicken and the chimichanga. Fills our family of 3. Be sure to order the diablo hot sauce – made in house and super hot. Service is fast and efficient. Highly recommend.
