I have been going to this donut king since it opened. It sold a few years back and ever since the product quality has declined. The thick shakes are more like milkshakes, hot cinnamon donut are always an issue. I haven’t brought a thick shake for a while due to them not being thick like they should be and today asked for hot cinnamon donuts and they are cold. I hope the owner is reading this as a local would probably spent $10-$15 a month and now will not be spending any $.

Went to this Donut King just now to get hot cinnamon donuts, there is a sign saying “home of the hot cinnamon donut”, staff won’t cook us hot cinnamon donuts, told us to have cold ones from the display cabinet……

Went 45 minutes before closing and were told we couldn’t get hot cinnamon donuts as the machine had been turned off. What’s the point of being open if you can’t get their main product? Petrol stations don’t switch the pumps off 45 minutes before closing ‍♀️

Visiting from Sydney. Great service. Quite quite at the time. But great to see the she was working hard when most people probably wouldn’t.

Yeah this place go’s alright! Don’t know why everyone in the reviews r getting mad over flies, have you been to European bakeries? Flies live there haha! Definitely the last thing I would be worried about! It’s a cheap donut chain give them a break!

My complaint is that Donut King Kingston impose a minimum eftpos transaction of $5.00. Management will need to reconsider.Food and service was okay enough though.

There was at least one large march fly just sitting on a iced donut behind the glass. Staff didn’t really care. There are better donut kings.

Long long waiting times, hot drinks often served too hot to drink for quite some time, milkshake/thickshakes constantly much too sweet.

Couldn’t make a milkshake at 5pm because apparently the dirty milkshake maker and cups were cleaned. Bit clearly visible sitting on the bench still filthy……lazy teenagers
