The Original Chinese slowly losing shine ! A well known, established major Chinee restaurant still serves decent foods. The owner still take a good care of customers with a handle of other staff. Customers numbers are unfortunately now dwindling as they prefer to try out at a new, bigger places in Burwood. Anyway, the lobster sashimi was good along with other cooked foods.

Quite pricey for 1 adult and 1 child. They even charge the kid for tea when he didn’t have tea. “I asked what is this fee, the kid did not have tea and had just tap water. You charge for water?!” They said “no, it’s the spicy sauce.” But clearly, you know it’s written tea. What a rip off place, very dishonest! Staff handling the payments were not friendly at all. He puts this grumpy face when my child asked for a refill of water. We ordered quite a few and took it away because it would be such a waste to leave it. The food is average but the price tag is expensively ridiculous. Would not come back at all.

Food is average but still acceptable given the price is relatively reasonable. The service needs to be improved though. One waiter left the tea far away from my side on the table, also ignored my request twice on ‘may I have some tissues’, the reason might be because I asked for a new plate when I noted the plate was not clean. Really disappointed about his attitude. Probably won’t go again

They don’t have dumplings combination with vegetables that serve in every yumcha place, we were placed to sit near the toilet when there were many other tables available. Credit card payment got surcharge. Take away box not free. Stingy with the fresh chillies when requested.

The food was great. Lobster was cooked to a juicy perfection. Wasabi beef was definitely a highlight and a very interesting combination. We also ordered chicken which went really well with the ginger/shallot dipping sauce. The mixed veggies were also very nice. I felt the staff were quite slow and unresponsive. Took a long time for us to get our teapots refilled. Other than that everything was pretty good. Convenient spot right near the train station and there’s also a ramp for wheelchairs or prams.
