The idea of having cutlery in a Jug on the table is good but they need to make sure they are on every table. I had to take One off another table. There were quite a few missing. We were looking forward to trying the new menu last night, but were left very disappointed. We ordered a burger, pizza and nachos and after an hour still no food. We were at a table of 13 people, some of who ordered after us, and they had their meals. We asked about our meals and were told they were busy. It was a very quiet night there, lots of empty tables, and now we know why. After a further wait, and receiving a refund our meals were finally delivered… the nachos was disgusting at best being dry mince on some corn chips and the pizza base not cooked through – a pity as the pizzas used to be good but the nicer ones have been removed from the menu. Our friends meals didn’t seem much better – dry pork belly, dry and tasteless fish of the day and thai beef salad with chewy, overcooked beef. The wait staff were apologetic and kudos to them for offering a refund given the circumstances but I don’t really understand what’s going on there with the kitchen service and poor food given that it wasn’t a busy night. We won’t be returning.

Had Dinner here the same night they had a concert on in the Back rooms. The place was packed and the que to order food was long they had staff walking the line with bite size pieces of bread ect, which I thought was a nice gesture.

Cold and disgusting. Kids and I never go out. Today i put the 50 bucks aside and I wish I didn’t. Oiliest macaroni cheese I’ve ever seen…. so much so not even my macaroni cheese loving kids would eat it with their (what looked and tasted like ) 3day old 2 meatballs they got. My reef and beef was cold and grisly and I could have pegged the mash and it would’ve bounced back! Never again. I’m even sorry I renewed my membership! Best service of the night was the courtesy bus!
