A great customer service experience, and food was served promptly after being ordered. The roti bread was perfectly flakey. The main dishes was nicely seasoned, however lacked adequate amounts of sauce. The noodles were also a little hard to eat, with how long they were.

I was a part of the five people group. We received our mains before our entrees so we politely said could we please have our entrees first. Then the waitress tried to argue that we had the mistake, however we soon got our entrees which were not the best and overpriced. After and hour and a bit of waiting for our mains still nothing had come. So we asked how much longer will it take and the waitress tried to discuss that there was a big group. But put in mind that when you have a group you should only have tables you can serve. Overall, service wasn’t good, food was ok and overpriced.

The tastes and service are alright but they better to replace “assorted vegetables” with “carrots”. The chicken Laksai and Penang curry were full of carrots and then a bit of meat and 2-3 pieces of beans or capsicums. The huge amount of carrots made the meals very sweet. What I expected was Thai fresh vegetables in these dishes which were missing.

I wouldn’t say the dish I ordered was spectacular, and the consensus around the table seemed to be the same. Rather disappointing for the price and the amount u got on the plate. They took a long time to ask us for drinks and then we had to flag them down so we could order, they weren’t very busy so not sure what the hold up was.

Disappointed with the service , we booked a table of 9 for 6pm and only got our main meal at 8pm. They forgot one of our orders which he ended up getting at 8:20pm. I was disappointed that we was sharing a rice between us and instead of bringing him fresh rice they just warmed up the small amount that I left. It’s a shame because if everything went smoothly, the food was really good. It’s just disappointing of the time we had to wait!!

First time dining here and we had delicious food. We love the atmosphere and great service. We had Chicken Lemon Grass and Prawns Fried Rice. Big plate enough for two. We would love to have dinner here again next time.

5people for dinner at 6pm we were virtually the first people in the restaurant. We requested the children’s entrees 2each to be served together . Instead the first to arrive was one main which we refused this caused some arguments with the waitress .Eventually the poor entree’s arrived but by 7.30 we had received no further food . We asked for information as to when our mains would arrive we were told maybe another 20 minutes but unsure with no apology. We left . The food we received as entrees was poor and overpriced. A very disappointing experience.

My favourite Thai restaurant in Cairns! Definitely has the best view, since it is on the esplanade of Palm Cove. Immaculate service, from staff who really know and understand thai cuisine. Great variety of dishes and the best of all.. the mango sticky rice and ice cream Could not recommend this place enough! If you are in Palm Cove, please visit.
