Food arrived over 1 hour late. Cold and undercooked. Overpriced and small portions. I had to contact the store twice to find my “missing” order. Clearly organisational skills and substandard management practices are detrimental to this once excellent business.

Ordered from here loads of times over the years and it’s always amazing! Never had a bad thing from the place. Just like the good old fish n chips shops from when we were kids, barramundi and red emperor was perfect, potato scallops awesome, chips are a massive serving and the oysters were perfect! Delicious! All these people that complain, most have ordered through menu log or some other third party, order directly through their website, we have over the last 3 years and every order has been spot on and the food excellent
