My family and I dropped in here while in Caloundra for some take-away. I was pleasantly surprised at the high standard of food and the friendliness of the manager and her staff. They even gave us some amazing home-made chilli sauce to go with the food. Highly recommended!

First impressions were that we had stepped back in time about 30-40 years as the menu and decor hasn’t been touched since. Unfortunately the prices and portion sizes have definitely been brought up to today’s standards! When they brought out a tiny saucer with half a dozen prawn chips I assumed everyone else would get their own saucer brought out but no, that was $7 worth already! Food was as bland and boring as a 1980s Chinese restaurant trying to cater to grey nomads that think boiled chicken with cashews is exotic. Then again, if that’s what you want and you don’t mind paying $28 for it, go for it!
