We love China Sea. Everything is consistently good. The half duck is delicious with crispy skin. The sweet and sour pork is very tasty. And (my favourite) the deep fried squid with spicy salt is SO good.

I have been a regular customer here for the last 17 years bringing many family members here for dinner. I experienced the worst customer service on Friday night by a very rude lady who ruined my night. 5 mins after receiving our 3 entrees & drinks, our mains were served and we were not ready so I kindly asked if she could please bring it out once we finish our entrees. She took the dish & left rudely. When it was time for mains, the Mongolian lamb & Chicken cashew nut were served cold. So I kindly asked if they could reheat it. The rude lady replied to me there’s nothing she can do about it. So, I kindly asked again if she could please warm it as it won’t be enjoyable cold… she then argued with me saying the plate is still hot. I replied yes the plate is hot, however the meat isn’t … she then started arguing with me in front of everyone in the restaurant making me look like a problem. I honestly can’t believe how rude she was simply because I asked if the food could be re wok’d or heated. The restaurant was not busy the owner (Stanley) had even left. I am in complete shock how I was treated. Another lady came to explain and re heated the food, but it was still cold and very unenjoyable no one came back to ask how everything was or check in. We will not be returning to this restaurant ever again. It was very embarrassing because we had a international relative visiting. Another lady apologised for the rude lady’s behaviour but it is so unacceptable to be treated and shouted at like that. Especially for such a simple request when your restaurant wasn’t busy and the chef & kitchen hands are standing around in the back. This place isn’t cheap either, they obviously don’t value their customers. Very disappointing.

The first time I was here, were really amazed with all the food I ordered. It is more delicious than I ate in HK, though its pricey but totally worth it. After, I came back a few times and food were still amazing, until this year I came back again to eat, it was totally a different taste and the roasted duck was overcooked. Its still tasty but not worth the price anymore. I would still recommend, hopefully next time I come again, it will be as delicious as the first time. Service was quick and not bad.

Admittedly the food was the best Cantonese we’ve found in Brisbane however the serving sizes were very disappointing and price was extremely expensive coming in at $105 for 2 rice and 3 standard dishes.
